As a side note, how much do those toys suck? They're the epitome of failing to deliver. There's always a great picture, and children go "wow, can that deformed red foam thing REALLY become a monster?!" only to find out, after a slow and painful half an hour of it soaking up water, that no, it can't.
Then again, maybe it teaches children a valuable life lesson... who knows?
I think they're created by people who also like stealing candy from babies and telling children that Santa, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy don't exist.

Yet what is any ocean but a multitude of drops?
No, putting them in water ruins them... ironically.
I have a pair of socks that is crunched up all tiny and into the shape of a stocking... think it's from Christmas 1999, lol... you add water to make them a proper pair but then you lose the whole point of them, so mine are still shaped like a stocking, heh.
I like the concept of bursting a child's balloon and when they cry you buy them a new one. Then when they stop crying and smile, burst the new balloon.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.
